HOW TO ACCESS CHADDERTON COURT

The majority of people who access Chadderton Court, do so, through the

bi-monthly volunteer fact finding days.

Walk-in

Although Chadderton Court is not a drop in centre, we do operate a ‘walk in’ policy, whereby, anyone can call in for information on what opportunities are currently available through Chadderton Court. On a ‘walk in’ basis people can:

Gain free access to the internet, in the internet café. (by prior arrangement)

Enquire about bi-monthly volunteer ‘fact finding’ days. (see reverse for dates)

Book an appointment at the fortnightly employment advice sessions.

Book in to see community health advisers.

Attend the Chadderton Court information open day (first Friday of the month).

Self-refer

People can refer themselves to chadderton court either by telephone or by calling in. However if someone is wanting to access one of the community groups, they may well also have to contact the group concerned, to see whether thy are taking on new members.

All groups that run at Chadderton Court are independent and are not facilitated by Chadderton Court staff.  As part of the deal for groups to have

free access to accommodation and resources at chadderton court, all groups are required to have their own guidelines. They will also have a contract, which binds them to OMBC policies and procedures. Unacceptable and/or inappropriate behaviour will be challenged and dealt with by Chadderton Court staff through the appropriate channels.
