Together into Employment (TIE)

"We are a specialised unit within Oldham Council" dedicated to preparing people with a disability for employment.
TIE are contracted to deliver the WORKSTEP programme for the Jobcentre plus.
we provide our clients with one to one support from an experienced MENTOR.
The Mentor will help develop and agree job goals.
They will assist with Job applications and may provide support at interview.

Once a job has been obtained the Mentor will continue to offer whatever support may be needed to help an individual keep the job.
This could include on the job coaching and advice to both employee and the employer.
