There is no health without mental health
Mental health is a state of emotional and
social wellbeing. Its about how we think, feel and behave. Mental
health problems are common and can affect anyone at anytime.
Nationally around 1 in 6 people have some sort of mental health
problem that requires treatment and 1 in 4 GP consultations involve
elements of mental health of some kind.
